Would you believe I introduced this feature in May of last year, then never found another Hidden Gem until now? In fact, since living in Gainsborough, I think I've found three, just here... and I'll be posting about them all soon.
The first of these three Hidden Gems, is the One Stop Cake Shop - a cake supplies shop, located none other than at the train station in Gainsborough.
I had driven past this shop for months, before I finally realised that it wasn't a cafe selling cakes, but instead a shop selling cake supplies. Since then, I have been back at least 3 times!
This shop is great, it holds so much stock and at really reasonable prices. So far I have purchased coloured roll icing, a cake board and some butterscotch flavouring. I'm sure I'll be buying much more!
Sadly their website is currently under construction, so it doesn't contain a full listing of everything they stock. If you're passing by or you fancy a trip out, I'd definitely recommend sticking your head inside.
